Follow These 4 Steps Below:

#1 Write Your Pain

*This exercise is best on a new moon, but can be done at any time*

You’ll need a journal, notebook, or even a sheet of paper, and black or blue pen.

Carve out a quiet moment , and spend 20 minutes or more, writing down all of the inner conflict you have been experiencing. Now is the time to be honest with yourself, and have a ‘self conversation’ about what you have been holding inside. This can range from self-esteem issues, feeling unworthy for a partner or relationship, financial struggles, or anything that you have brushed to the side. Doing this exercise will allow your feelings to be brought to light where you can see them with your eyes, and attach an identity to your agony. Release it on paper, to work it out of your system.

#2 Write Your Desires

On another sheet of paper, write down your desires. This is your time to THINK BIG! Write down all of the things you love to do, places you want to explore, activities you miss doing, just any and everything you want to experience. Really ask yourself, “What Are My Goals?” Do you want to lose weight? Need a vacation? Want more affection or loving support? Write all of those things down. Be sure to smile while doing this exercise. Lastly, always write your goals in the present tense, as if it is happening right now. Use words like “I am” before your sentences.

#3 Take your Top 5 Goals and Commit

Now that you have clarity on your top 5 goals, now you can make an action plan.

Let’s say this is your top 5 list:

1) I am 50 pounds lighter

2) I am financially free and I have the freedom to do whatever I want

3) I am the owner of a highly successful company

4) My life is harmonious, peaceful and positive

5) I am beautiful, I am powerful and I love myself eternally

Meditate and live in your words for at least 10 minutes or more. Believe them. Know them. See yourself acting out your power. Your mind is your playground, and you are the architect of your reality. Feel your sense of power growing stronger and stronger. You are casting away your fears, anguish and self doubt, and replacing it with growth, power and vitality.

#4 Make a Dedication Plan of Acceptance

A dedication plan is your unique blueprint that outlines your commitment to yourself; especially your health. Finally make peace with the conversation in your head, and make a solidified decision to do what is best for your soul.  Clean your heart of old toxic feelings and negative thoughts about yourself. Use the Spring Clean Your Heart Ritual, to cleanse your spirit, so that you may move forward.

Let your inner child roam the earth freely, untainted by other people’s opinions, third-dimensional laws, and moral chains. Create a vision board that portrays you the way you see yourself inside.

Your spirit has been locked away and is screaming to come out and play. You have to accept yourself the way you are.
